Another Ornament

This one is called Kira's Star by Birgit Phelps. The web address that I have on my printout no longer works, so I don't know if the pattern is still available online or not. Anyway, I did it with Lizbeth, sie 40 thread. It worked up really quickly and I may do a couple more. We'll see.

Ornaments

The farm show's over so it's time to start on the holiday ornaments. Here are the first three for this year. The tree and white snowflake are from http://www.be-stitched.com/ and the multi-colored one is from Christmas Ornament Collection by JoAnn Stearns.

Doily and Pincusion - Blue (1st)
Knit scarf and Hanky - Red (2nd)
Ornament- White (3rd)
Knit purse - nothing
It's hard to compete against other types of needlework, but that's the only way I could show more than one thing because there's only one category for tatting.
