Happy Mom's Day, friends! As a tribute to my mom, I'm posting a picture of some of her tatting. She made miles and miles of hen & chicks edging for pillow cases over the years. These butterflies (tatted by my mom) are from a pattern that came from my paternal grandmother's sample book.

This is a wonderful legacy of tatting in the family. How amazing to also have the sample book! It's like a time capsule of threads and designs!
